1. NATURE OF SERVICES
Athletes Gone Global provides sports networking, cultural, and administrative advisory services to individual clients. AGG is not an employment agency and does not provide job placement services. AGG does not negotiate, arrange, or participate in any employment, salary, or athletic contract between a client and any club, school, university, or other organization. Any such agreement is entered into directly by the client. AGG is not a licensed real estate broker or guarantor, and is never a party to a housing agreement.
2. OUR SERVICES
Athletes Gone Global connects athletes with rugby clubs, schools, and universities in Japan. Our services include club and school matching, introductions, settlement support, cultural guidance, and ongoing advisory support depending on the service tier purchased.
We operate as a connector and advisor only. We are not a guardian, legal representative, or emergency contact for any client. Our responsibility is limited to the introduction and advisory support defined in the service agreement signed prior to commencement of services. The receiving institution — club, school, or university — becomes the primary point of contact once an arrangement is confirmed.
We do not guarantee outcomes. While we use our best efforts to find a suitable match, acceptance is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution and is subject to availability.
